The Community Cello Ensemble was founded in 2021 with a group of cellists who were committed in serving the senior members of the community under the direction of Chungsun Kim.  The group meets every week for ten weeks per session to rehearse and prepare to perform for the community. The hours spent (for rehearsals, concerts, and practice) can be used towards the volunteer work/community service hours. This group held several fundraising events to raise money to support the Alzheimer's Association. This ensemble's repertoire includes Polonaise de Concert by David Popper, Cantique de Jean Racine by Gabriel Faure, Bohemian Rhapsody by Freddie Mercury, Danzon No. 2 by Arturo Marquez, Feierliches Stück by Richard Wagner, Mambo by WilhelmKaiser-Lindemann, etc., all arranged for cello ensemble.
